Booking Classes
You can purchase packages, book, cancel and reschedule classes, and subscribe to receive messages from the Studio and Community Updates in your inbox, all available on our website here.

Arrive early, please

Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled class time, this is particularly important for our first-time clients so that we are able to orientate you to our space. The door will be locked 5 minutes after the scheduled class commencement time, late comers will be unable to join as it is disruptive to the experience of the other participants. We understand that life is unpredictable and that we have to carve out time for self-care, including movement sessions – but we value your time and expect that you value ours.

Phones on DND

Please ensure your phone is on silent, so everyone can enjoy their movement session.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 12 hours before class will get the session back on the purchased pack.

Late cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class will forfeit the session. No-shows are considered to forfeit the session. Being late after 5 minutes when the door is locked is considered a no-show.

In the situation where only 1 client is booked in for a session, this session will be cancelled and you will be contacted for the opportunity to reschedule for another day/time.

Waitlists

If a session you want to attend is full, please send an email to hello@risestudio.com.au or DM via the Rise Instagram page to sign up for the waitlist. If/when a class becomes available you will be notified offering you a place in the class, please respond yes or no to the text message.

Rescheduling due to illness

If you become unwell and are unable to attend your session, please notify Rise via DM Instagram or email at hello@risestudio.com.au. Immediately, you will have an opportunity to reschedule the session within 14 days (where notice has been given of more than 6 hours).

Children in the Studio

Under no circumstances do we allow children of any age to sit and wait in the Studio while a class is in session. Our insurance does not permit children in the Studio.

We have created an environment where the focus is on your movement experience and all other community members, with limited distractions. This includes not allowing latecomers into class. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to deliver a safe and consistent Studio experience for everyone.

We have a minimum age requirement of 16 years to participate in sessions.

Pregnancy

If your pregnancy is low risk and you feel good and well enough to exercise, you can join our Nurture or Connect sessions.  Our highly trained instructors understand the guidelines around exercises during pregnancy, and we have the equipment to support you during any of our classes.

Health and hygiene

  • Please stay at home if you are feeling unwell.

  • Please sanitise your hands on entry and exit.

  • Thoroughly clean your machine and props after class with the wipes provided.

  • We maintain a high level of Studio cleanliness, the Studio is professionally cleaned on a weekly basis.

Code of conduct

We are an inclusive and community-conscious Studio, welcoming people of different gender, colours, sizes, and abilities. Every community member has the right to feel safe and respected. We do not tolerate disrespectful behaviour toward our instructors or community members. We will discern action on an individual basis and will offer an opportunity to improve.

What we offer

We offer considered, group reformer Pilates fitness sessions led by highly qualified instructors, with a maximum of 5 in a session. Everyone completes the same exercises with options and layers provided to work at different levels, promoting movement opportunities that meet you where you’re at on the day.

We do not offer
In the interest of individuals receiving the best possible care, we are not equipt to offer clinical pilates sessions, or individually prescribed exercise programs specific to the needs of the client. If you are acutely injured, have a chronic illness, are medically unwell, or have a high-risk pregnancy, you will need to be screened and cleared by appropriate health professionals before attending a group exercise session.

Our instructors and owners reserve the right to restrict clients to participate if they feel that their health needs do not fit a group exercise session for safety reasons, or ask a client to be screened by a health professional before attending.
